Francesco DelliCarpini, 84, a resident of Little Egg Harbor, NJ and formerly of Poughkeepsie and the Bronx, died at his home on Saturday, May 11, 2013 surrounded by his family.
Born in Gallo Matese, Italy on May 4, 1929, he was the son of Pasquale and Maria Cipollone DelliCarpini. He was employed as a building manager in the Bronx and was a parishioner of Holy Trinity Church in Poughkeepsie.
On June 4, 1956 in Gallo Matese, Italy, Francesco married Rosa DiPietrantonio who survives at home. He is also survived by his daughter, Maria Antonetta Diana and her husband Joseph; his sister, Rosa DelVecchio; his granddaughter, Isabella Diana; and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Calling hours will be held on Tuesday from 7-9pm and Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9pm at the McHoul Funeral Home, Inc., 895 Route 82, Hopewell Junction. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday at Holy Trinity Church, 775 Main Street, Poughkeepsie followed by entombment in the Community Mausoleum at Poughkeepsie Rural Cemetery.
