Frank L. Hoffmann, 65, a resident of Poughkeepsie and formerly of Fishkill, died on Saturday, February 28, 2015 at home surrounded by his loving family.

Frank was born on August 23, 1949 in New York City to Frank Louis and Rose Savarese Hoffmann. On June 29, 1974, he married Eileen A. O'Bryan at St. Augustine's Church in New City.

Frank proudly served our country in the United States Marine Corps from 1969 to 1973. He worked as a Nuclear Mechanic for Con Edison at Indian Point for 35 years until his retirement in 2004 and previously worked at Turning Point in Beacon for 4 years.

Frank is survived by his wife, Eileen, at home; his sons, Christopher Michael Hoffmann of Poughkeepsie, David Francis Hoffmann and his girlfriend, Timara Marquis of Las Vegas; his sister, Mary Accattao of West Haverstraw; several brothers-in-law, sister-in-law, nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

Calling hours will be held on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 at the McHoul Funeral Home, Inc., 895 Route 82, Hopewell Junction. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday at 11:30am at St. Columba Church, 835 Route 82, Hopewell Junction followed by military honors.
