WAPPINGERS FALLS – Frank Joseph Pallett, 51, a well-known entrepreneur, died on August 11, 2021 at Vassar Brothers Medical Center following a brief illness.

Born in Yonkers on February 5, 1970, he was the son of Ralph J. Pallett and the late Carolyn (Carpenick) Pallett. Frank and his family moved to the area in 1976, and had previously resided in New Rochelle. He was a 1988 graduate of John Jay High School, and then attended Dutchess Community College and Empire State College.

A talented musician, Frank was the owner and operator of the family business, The Chance Theater, in Poughkeepsie. He also owned Maximum Fitness in Newburgh. He had his own radio show, "Live from The Chance" on I Heart Radio on Z93.

Frank was loved by the whole community for all that he did to support local organizations, as well as bring great venues to the area. He was not only a great man, but he was a kind and generous man. He did not have friends, because his friends were his family.

On October 24, 2010 at Dutchess Manor, Frank married the love of his life, Michelle Clemens. Together, they had two beautiful little girls, Daniella (age 7) and Angelina (age 2), who were the lights of his life. In addition to his wife Michelle, father Ralph and daughters Daniella and Angelina, he was also survived by his sister, Carolyn Pallett Brophy; his mother and father-in-law, Thomas A. and Francine Clemens; his sister-in-law, Nicole Fejka; his nephews, Brian Brophy Jr. (USMC), Thomas Brophy, and Wyatt Fejka; as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Calling hours will be held on Wednesday from 4-8pm at the McHoul Funeral Home, Inc., 895 Route 82, Hopewell Junction. The Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Thursday at 10am at St. Columba Church, 835 Route 82, Hopewell Junction followed by interment in Fishkill Rural Cemetery.
