WAPPINGERS FALLS – Franklin Delano Rodriguez, 67, died on February 17, 2018 at home after a brief illness.

Franklin was born in Manhattan on June 25, 1950. He worked as a gas attendant at A & L Services in Fishkill for over 35 years. Franklin liked going to casinos, especially in Atlantic City. Most of all, he loved spending time with his customers at A & L Services, and enjoyed their talks….especially about politics!

Franklin is survived by the love of his life, Nancy Owen; his daughter, Liberty Rodriguez; and many co-workers, friends, and customers who became friends.
