Obituary

Frederick G. Monjeau, Jr., 89, a resident of Hamburg for 60 years and formerly of Jamestown, died on Tuesday March 24, 2015 at the Wingate at Dutchess.
Born on November 15, 1925 in Jamestown, he was the son of Frederick G. and Edna Monjeau. Fred proudly served our country in the US Army Air Corps during World War II and was employed as an engineer with the Ford Motor Company in Buffalo for 30 years until his retirement in 1982. He loved working on old cars.
Fred was predeceased by his wife, Joan Senske. He is survived by his children, Frederick G. Monjeau, III, of Vancouver, WA, Gregg B. Monjeau and his wife Rosemarie of Wappingers Falls, and Polly Belsenich of Hamburg; and his five grandchildren.
