Gayle Martorano, 48, a resident of Stormville since 2002 and formerly of Mahopac, died on Friday, February 8, 2013 at Yale-New Haven Hospital following a courageous battle with cancer.
Born in the Bronx on December 21, 1964, she was the daughter of Phil and Irene Weiner of North White Plains. On May 20, 1989 in New Rochelle, Gayle married Paul G. Martorano who survives at home. She is also survived by her children, Stefanie, Stacey and Kevin Martorano; her brother, Marc Weiner of Carmel; and her nieces and nephews, Melissa Weiner, Sean Lee, Michelle, Alex and Carina Velazquez, and Robby Martorano.
Calling hours will be held on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9pm at the McHoul Funeral Home, Inc., 895 Route 82, Hopewell Junction. The funeral service will be held on Friday at 11am at the funeral home with Cantor Rena Shapiro officiating.
