Genevieve Cavallaro, 89, a resident of the Town of Poughkeepsie since 1961 and formerly of Brooklyn, died on Friday, February 19, 2010 at St. Francis Hospital.

Born on November 7, 1920 in Brooklyn, she was the daughter of Walter and Cazmira Kojola.  She was a founding member of Club 60 in Poughkeepsie.

On March 25, 1961 in Brooklyn, Genevieve married Michael Cavallaro who survives at home.  She is also survived by her son Thomas Kutny and his wife, Gwendolyn of Kentucky; and numerous nieces and nephews.
