Geraldine Conchetta Courcy, 78, an area resident for 10 years and formerly of Elmsford, died on March 19, 2018 at Vassar Brothers Medical Center.

Born on April 1, 1939 in White Plains, she was the daughter of Bruno and Angelina Valenti. Geraldine had been employed as a secretary with AT&T in White Plains for 27 years. She was a member of the Light of the World Ministries, and the Fishkill Seniors.

On June 16, 1974 at Mount Carmel Church in Elmsford, Geraldine married Richard E. Courcy who survives at home. She is also survived by her sister, Jean DeRuvo.

Calling hours will be held on Friday from 4-8pm at the McHoul Funeral Home of Fishkill, Inc., 1089 Main Street, Fishkill. The funeral service will commence at 6:30pm. On Saturday at 9:30am, the funeral service will be at the funeral home followed by interment in Fishkill Rural Cemetery.
