Gloria Jean Guzi

Gloria Guzi passed away on May 28, 2026 at the age of 76 at the Fishkill Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing. She was born on April 18, 1950 in Peekskill, NY to the late Harry and Gloria (Morley) Guzi.

Gloria was very family oriented and loved keeping up correspondence with all of her family members including cousins, nieces and nephews. She was the person you would call when you needed to talk or had a question about any family lore. Gloria loved American history and Hudson Valley history. She loved learning about the area where she came from. She also loved collecting antiques.

She will be remembered as a kind and caring person who was always ready to lend an ear.

Gloria is survived by her siblings: Kathleen Simone and her husband Frank, Joan Goldman and her husband Charles, Teresa Adamczyk and her husband Stanley, Harry Guzi Jr., and Peter Guzi and his fiancé Cathy, as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her sister Christina Guzi.

Calling hours will be held on Sunday May 31, 2026 from 2-5 pm at the McHoul Funeral Home of Fishkill 1089 Main St. Fishkill, NY. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday June 1, 2026 at 11:30 am at St. Mary, Mother of the Church 106 Jackson St. Fishkill, NY, followed by burial at Assumption Cemetery 1055 Oregon Road Cortlandt Manor, NY.
