MILLBROOK – Gloria P. Lefler, 91, died on Tuesday, May 7, 2013 at her home located at the Fountains at Millbrook.

Born in Manhattan on July 24, 1921, she was the daughter of the late Lillian Plattner. She was employed for many years as an administrative assistant at the Federal Court House in Manhattan.

Gloria's husband, Adolf "Al" Lefler predeceased her on March 1, 1993. She is survived by her children, Joyce Elliot and her husband Dennis of Stormville, June Wagner and her husband Jack of Elmont, LI, Charles Lefler and his wife Julie of Buffalo, and Steven Lefler and his wife Christine of Larchmont; her grandchildren, Jack, Dawn, Alexis, Christopher, Erin, Mark, Andrea, Micaela, Dillon, and Kyle; and her great-grandchildren, Max, Jack, and Kaia Joy.

Calling hours will be held on Thursday from 9 – 11 am at the McHoul Funeral Home, Inc., 895 Route 82, Hopewell Junction. The funeral service will be on Thursday at 11 am at the funeral home followed by interment at St. Raymond's Cemetery in the Bronx.
