Gregory Allen Lane, age 61, passed away on March 7, 2023 surrounded by his family. He was born on December 8, 1961 in Rochester, NY. On August 28, 1999, he married his beloved wife Jennifer, who survives at home.

Gregory worked first at Westchester Medical Center, and then at Vassar Brothers Medical Center as a Respiratory Therapist, retiring in 2016. Music was always a part of his life, he was a lead guitarist in many bands and had fond memories of those days. He was a loyal friend and die hard Jets fan. His off the wall sense of humor brought many laughs to all. Most of all he was a devoted and loving father and husband.

In addition to his wife Jennifer Lane, he is survived by his children: Megan, Sarah, and Zachary Lane, his sister Susan Scully and her husband Matthew; his stepmother Francine Lane; and his brother-in-law Patrick Rouse and his wife Paige; as well as many nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his parents Chester Lane and Elaine Munding.

Calling hours will be held on Sunday March 12th, 2023 from 2-5pm at the McHoul Funeral Home, Inc. 895 Route 82 Hopewell Junction, NY. A funeral service will take place on Monday March 13th at 11am at the funeral home, followed by burial at St. Denis Cemetery.
