Helen B. Fisher, 74, a Stormville resident for over 60 years, passed away on Wednesday, February 18, 2015 at the Putnam Hospital Center. She previously lived in Carmel.

Born on August 24, 1940 in Mount Kisco, Helen was the daughter of the late Carl and Helen (Moseman) Fisher. She retired in 1997 from the Arlington Central School District after 25 years as a school bus driver. Helen is survived by her sister, Carole Woolley of Stormville; her brother, Carl Fisher of Beacon; and many nieces and nephews.
