Helen Evelyn Goldstein, a local area resident since 1971, passed away on Thursday, September 18, 2025 at Vassar Brothers Medical Center in Poughkeepsie. She was 92.

Daughter of the late David and Sarah (Turner) Davis, she was born on April 22, 1933 and raised in the Bronx.

In 1954, she married Herbert Goldstein. As a result of her husband's military service and career with IBM, Helen spent many years living abroad in Japan, Morocco, California, and Florida. She was predeceased by Herbert in 1987.

Helen worked for the Fishkill Health Related Center for many years and was also employed by Forman, Frank & Bolton Insurance in Beacon. She always enjoyed reminiscing about the time she worked for Paramount Studios in her younger years.

Survivors include her daughter, Sandy Gold & her husband Mark of Haverstraw; her son, Mark Goldstein & his wife Janice of Wappingers Falls; her grandchildren: Jessica Gold Schneyman & her husband Jeremy, Sasha Goldstein Martin & her husband Anthony, Brian Triolo & his wife Kelly, Ben Gold & his wife Hayley, and Nicole Goldstein; her great-grandchildren: Jake, James, Raegan, Myles, and MacKenzie; as well as many other loving family members.

In addition to her husband and parents, Helen was also predeceased by two sisters, Lillian Bellows and Rose Fox.
