FISHKILL – Helen F. Gutierrez, 78, an area resident for the past 8 years, died on August 21, 2019 at MidHudson Regional Hospital. She previously lived in Miami, FL.

Born in Cuba on September 22, 1940, she was the daughter of the late Ramon and Graciela (Irizarry) Riveron.

On September 3, 1961 in Havana, Cuba, Helen married Victor H. Gutierrez who survives at home. She is also survived by her son, Victor Gutierrez and his wife Maria of Pleasant Valley; her son, Alexander Gutierrez of Fishkill; her sister, Graciela Riveron of Fishkill; and her granddaughters, Alexia and Gabriella Gutierrez. In addition to her parents, she was also predeceased by her sister, Maria Riveron.
