Herbert Frank Gibbs, 69, an area resident for over 25 years and formerly of Westchester County, died on June 27, 2023 at his home.

Frank was born in Mount Vernon on March 28, 1954.

Frank was employed by Con Edison for many years until his retirement. He absolutely loved riding his Harley because it brought him such peace, and was a member of the Riding Free MC. He also enjoyed camping, hunting, fishing, eating out, cooking on the barbecue and sitting by the bonfire, but more than anything, he loved his daughters and his grandchildren.

Frank is survived by his daughters, Jeannine Gibbs and Christine Gibbs Kozak and her husband Michael; his grandchildren, Brian Flandreau, Bella Kozak, Destiny Kozak and Madison Kozak; his former wife, Laura Cacchioli; and Courtney Cacchioli who was like a daughter to him; as well as many close friends and biker guys who were like family to him.

Calling hours will be held on Saturday, July 8 from 2-5pm at the McHoul Funeral Home, Inc., 895 Route 82, Hopewell Junction. There will be a funeral service at 4:30pm.
