Ivo Regini, 78, a resident of Dutchess County since 1957, died on Monday, December 21, 2009 at his home.

Born on March 7, 1931 in Pisa, Italy, he was the son of Giovanni and Laura Giacobazzi Regini.  He was a self-employed local businessman.

Ivo was predeceased by his wife, Camilla M. Klein, on September 3, 2009.  He is survived by his daughter, Ilia Regini and her husband, Anthony Urcioli of New Rochelle; his son, Andre Regini and his wife, Diana of LaGrangeville; his grandson, Nicholas Regini; his brother, John Regini of Colorado Springs, CO; his sister, Ilde Bocchino of Rochester; and several nieces and nephews.

Calling hours will be held on Wednesday from 10:00 to 10:40 a.m. at the McHoul Funeral Home, Inc., 895 Route 82, Hopewell Junction. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. at St. Denis Church, 602 Beekman Road, Hopewell Junction followed by interment in St. Denis Cemetery.
