Jack Caputo

Jack Caputo passed away on November 3, 2026 at Vassar Brothers Medical Center. He was 66. Born in Palermo, Italy on March 8, 1960, he was the son of the late Giuseppe and Maria (Ciulla) Caputo.

Jack worked for many years at Royal Carting. He was a loving father and grandfather who was extremely proud of his children and grandchildren and loved spending time with them. He was very outspoken and funny and brave, with a heart of gold. He loved to go fishing, and cheer on his favorite teams, the NY Yankees and the NY Giants. He was very proud of his Italian heritage.

Jack is survived by his 4 children: Andrea Palmieri and her husband Chuck, Christina Jones and her husband Jessy, Michael Caputo and his wife Emma, and Joseph Caputo; his grandchildren: Juliana, Alexa, Gianna, Madison, Jessa, Dominic, and Cole; his sisters: Rosa Caston and Felicia McKeon; as well as his former wife and mother of his children, Alice Caputo.

In addition to his parents, Jack was predeceased by his brother Salvatore Caputo.

Memorial calling hours will be held on Saturday November 7, 2026 from 2 - 5 pm at the McHoul Funeral Home of Fishkill 1089 Main St. Fishkill, NY. A Funeral Service will begin at 4:30 pm.
