Jacqueline I. McCourt, 60, an area resident for 35 years and formerly of the Bronx, died on Saturday, November 8, 2014 at her home.
Born in the Bronx on April 15, 1954, she was the daughter of Louis and Rose Caputo Salaun. Jackie attended St. Columba Church in Hopewell Junction.
Jackie is survived by her children, Kevin McCourt of Hyde Park, and Jackie Porter of Somersworth, NH; her granddaughters, Catherine and Bridget McCourt; her siblings, Louis "Mike" Salaun of Ridgefield Springs, Diann Callahan of Wappingers Falls, Frances Salaun of Wappingers Falls, Susan Alinovi of NJ, Ann Rondou of CA, and Kevin Salaun of Pleasant Valley; and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Calling hours will be held on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9pm at the McHoul Funeral Home, Inc., 895 Route 82, Hopewell Junction. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday at 10am at St. Columba Church, 835 Route 82, Hopewell Junction followed by interment in St. Denis Cemetery.
