James P. Walsh, 31, a lifelong resident of Wappingers Falls, died on Thursday, August 5, 2010 at Vassar Brothers Medical Center.
Born on May 5, 1979 in Poughkeepsie, he was the son of Diane Brady Walsh of Wappingers Falls and Patrick Walsh who died in 1993.
Jamie worked for Dutchess ARC in Pleasant Valley as a Service Assistant.
In addition to his mother, Jamie is survived by his brother, Thomas Walsh of Wappingers Falls; his grandmother, Dolores Brady of Wappingers Falls; and many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, family members and friends.
Calling hours will be held on Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the McHoul Funeral Home, Inc., 895 Route 82, Hopewell Junction. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday at 10:00 a.m. at St. Columba Church, 835 Route 82, Hopewell Junction followed by interment in St. Denis Cemetery.
