Jane A. Antonucci, 60, a resident of Hopewell Junction since 1980 and formerly of the Bronx, died unexpectedly on Sunday, November 8, 2009 at Vassar Brothers Medical Center.

Born in the Bronx on August 21, 1949, she was the daughter of Walter and Marie Battista Otte.  For the last 17 years, she has been employed as a receptionist for Hudson Highlands Veterinary Medical Group in Hopewell Junction.  Jane was a parishioner of St. Columba Church in Hopewell Junction.

On May 24, 1969 in the Bronx, Jane married Thomas Antonucci who survives at home.  She is also survived by her daughters, Tara Jaccino and her husband, Guy of Hopewell Junction and Tricia Kraus of Poughkeepsie; her grandchildren, Amanda, Matthew, Tori, Julia Rose and Joseph; her brother, Charles Otte; her sisters, Joann Abbate and her husband, William and Linda Gallo and her husband, Louis; her mother-in-law, Eleanor Antonucci; her sister-in-law, Teresa Antonucci; her brother-in-law, Paul Antonucci and his wife, Susan; and several nieces and nephews. Jane loved her family, especially her grandchildren.

Callings hours will be held on Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the McHoul Funeral Home, Inc., 895 Route 82, Hopewell Junction.  The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday at 10:00 a.m. at St. Columba Church, 835 Route 82, Hopewell Junction.  Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
