WAPPINGERS FALLS – Jane C. Frisenda, 69, of Wappingers Falls died suddenly at her daughter's home on August 27, 2021.

Born on December 25, 1951 in the Bronx and moved to Fishkill with her family in 1963. The youngest of 6 children, Jane was the daughter of the late John and Ethel (Moore) Tracy. She was a graduate of Roy C. Ketcham High School, class of 1969, and proudly served on several class reunion committees over the years. She retired in 2014 as a Medical Administrative Specialist from the VA Hudson Valley Healthcare System after 29 years of dedicated and proud service to our nations veterans.

An avid reader and devoted fan of Jeopardy, Jane also enjoyed watching police and crime related TV shows such as Law & Order and Blue Bloods and playing games on her iPad. More than anything, Jane loved her family, adored her grandchildren and cherished the time she spent with them.

Jane was a friend to anyone she came in contact with; she was like a second mother to many. She was an extremely thoughtful, kind and giving person; oftentimes giving more than she had to spare. She was always willing to help anyone in need in any way she could. She had a heart of gold.

Jane is survived by her loving daughter and her husband, Diana and John Reynolds, Jr. of Modena; her grandchildren, Danielle Victoria, John Robert, and Gage Lucas Reynolds; her sisters, Ann Buckley and Dolores Andreala; and many nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition to her parents, Jane was also predeceased by her son, Daniel M. Tracy in 1994; and her brothers, John Tracy, Rev. Robert Tracy, and Michael Tracy.

Calling hours will be held on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9pm at the McHoul Funeral Home of Fishkill, Inc., 1089 Main Street, Fishkill. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Friday at 10 am at St. Mary, Mother of the Church, 106 Jackson Street, Fishkill followed by burial at Fishkill Rural Cemetery.
