Jane Marie Lee, a resident of Fishkill since 1992, and formerly of Yorktown Heights and Baldwin, NY, passed away peacefully at home on August 6, 2025 surrounded by family. She was 100 years old. Jane, affectionately known by all as "Miss Jane," was born on June 4, 1925 to the late Neil and Anna (Munday) Ryan in Staten Island, NY. On December 28, 1947, she married her beloved husband Thomas J. Lee at St. Christopher's Church in Baldwin, NY. They spent many happy years together until he predeceased her in 2017.

Jane was a loving homemaker who enjoyed taking care of her home and family. She volunteered at Birthright in Fishkill, and was recognized for her 25 years of service. In her younger years, she enjoyed ice skating, skiing, and camping with their boat. Every year, Jane looked so forward to her yearly road trips across the country and to Canada with her husband Thomas and their longtime childhood friends. At age 65, she took up golfing and played until age 80. Jane was a parishioner at St. Mary, Mother of the Church in Fishkill.

Jane is survived by her 7 children: Thomas J. Lee and his wife Tracy of Harrison, NY, Richard Lee of Mohegan Lake, NY, Nancy Ward of Highland, NY, Pamela Lee Jackson of Cortlandt Manor, NY, Carol O'Connor and her husband Thomas of Fishkill, NY, James Lee and his wife Laurie of Shelton, CT, and Cynthia Lee and her partner Michael of Fishkill, NY; her 13 grandchildren: David O'Brien, Isaac Lee, Rachael Lee, Jacob Lee, Abraham Lee, Alyson Smith, Danielle Ward Rothman and her husband Greg, Dustin Ward, Brendan Jackson, Mindy Jackson, Michael Muir and his wife Fjolla, Kimmie O'Connor, Matthew Lee, her 8 great-grandchildren: Lawrence, Addison, Gianna, Madison, Ricky, Rochelle, Rhianna, and Liara; and her faithful canine companion Laila; as well as many other loving relatives and friends.

In addition to her husband Thomas, Jane was predeceased by her daughter Janeanne O'Brien, her grandson Thomas J. Lee, and her sister Alma Felicia Gibbs.

Calling hours will be held on Wednesday August 13th, 2025 from 5 - 8 pm at the McHoul Funeral Home of Fishkill 1089 Main St. Fishkill. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at on Thursday August 14th, 2025 at 10 am at St. Mary, Mother of the Church 106 Jackson St. Fishkill, followed by burial at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in Valhalla.
