Jasumati Patel of LaGrange, GA, formerly of Dhamdod, India and Nausori, Fiji, passed away on December 6, 2022 at Vassar Brothers Medical Center in Poughkeepsie, New York with her family by her side. She was 92 years old.

She is the Daughter of the late Nathubhai P. Patel & Kuvarben N. Patel. She was born in Dhamdod, India on April 9, 1930.

She was married to the late Raojibhai Nathubhai Patel in 1949 and they lived together in Nausori, Fiji. She is survived by her daughter Manju Patel and sons Harilal Patel, Ramesh Patel, Dinesh Patel and Bhupesh Patel. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, 1 brother and 2 sisters. Jasumati was predeceased by her husband, two brothers and one sister.

She enjoyed watching the Price is Right, Indian Serials and soccer matches. She was an avid food critic.

Funeral Services will begin at 10 am at the McHoul Funeral Home, Inc. 895 Main Street Route 82, Hopewell Junction, New York 12533.
