Jeanne Marie Faetsch, 69, an area resident since 1971 and formerly of Queens Village, NY, died on May 7, 2016 at her home surrounded by her family.

Born in Queens on March 4, 1947, she was the daughter of George and Florence Goodale Aloy. Jeanne was a devoted wife and mother who loved animals, decorating for the seasons, and watching and feeding the birds in her yard.

On April 27, 1969 in Queens, Jeanne married Gunter "Bob" Faetsch who survives at home. She is also survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Sharon and Langdon; her grandchildren, Kaylee and Desmond; and her brother, Richard Aloy. She was predeceased by her daughter, Barbara Jeanne, on April 24, 1991.

Calling hours will be held on Monday from 2-5pm at the McHoul Funeral Home, Inc., 895 Route 82, Hopewell Junction followed by a service at 5pm.
