John Brink, 76, an area resident since 1977, passed away on Tuesday, May 5, 2015 at River Valley Care Center. He previously lived in Dobbs Ferry.

Born on May 16, 1938 in Walden, John was the son of the late Russell and Fannie (Van Buren) Brink. On November 30, 1974 in Yonkers, he married Linda Iannuccilli who survives at home. John retired from E. Robinson Oil in Hastings-on-Hudson in 2002. An avid golfer, John also enjoyed fishing.

In addition to his wife of 40 years, John is survived by his children, Patricia Graham and her husband John, Lori Moore and her husband Scott, John Brink and his wife Carolyn, Margaret Brink, and Dawn Marie Brink; his 7 grandchildren; 1 great-granddaughter; his brothers, Ralph Brink and William Brink; and many other family members and friends.

Calling hours will be Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 at the McHoul Funeral Home, Inc., 895 Route 82, Hopewell Junction. The funeral service will be on Friday at 11am at the funeral home followed by interment in St. Denis Cemetery.
