Jack W. Kurz, 68, of Hopewell Junction, passed away on November 30, 2024, at his home. He was a prior resident of Highland Falls, New York.

Jack was born on April 7th, 1956, to John Kurz & Barbara (Hitchcock) in New Rochelle, New York. He was a self-employed contractor. His construction company was named J & D All Construction. For a time, Jack was a parishioner at the Vineyard Community Church in Hopewell Junction.

Jack loved to travel the world in his spare time. He especially loved scuba diving and jet skiing. He loved to ride his motorcycle. He had a love for animals. He was a man with a big heart who will be deeply missed by his family and friends.

Jack is survived by his siblings, Suzanne, Jill, Barbara, Butch, and Jeanne Marie & her husband Joseph; his nieces and nephews Brian, Kristi, Amanda, Jessica, Eric, and Joey; and his many cousins. Jack is predeceased by both of his parents.

Calling Hours will be held on Friday, December 6, from 5 - 8 pm at the McHoul Funeral Home, Inc., 895 Route 82, Hopewell Junction, NY 12533. A service will take place in the Funeral Home at 7:30 pm.
