RYE – John Michael Lovelett, a resident of Rye since 2019, originally of Beacon, NY, passed away suddenly at home on Wednesday, November 24, 2021. He was 49.

He was born in Peekskill on January 27, 1972. John attended St. Mary School in Fishkill, Our Lady of Lourdes High School in Poughkeepsie, and Fairfield University in Connnecticut. He had a successful career in Financial Product Development and was the owner of Bar'Lees in Mamaroneck, NY.

Survivors include his parents, Marie and Jon Lovelett of Beacon; his sister, Angela Lovelett-Deldin of New Milford, CT; his sister, Janet Quatrochi & her husband Frank of Fishkill; his sister, Domenica Haines & her husband Michael of Poughkeepsie; his sister, Mary Alice Lovelett of Newtown, CT; his nieces and nephews, Brandon Deldin, Lindsey Deldin, Francesca Quatrochi, Gabriella Quatrochi, Christopher Haines, Jacob Haines, Toby Haines, Zoe Haines, Joseph Stoerzinger, Matthew Stoerzinger, and Autumn Stoezinger; as well as many other loving relatives & friends.

Calling hours will be held from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Sunday, November 28 at the McHoul Funeral Home of Fishkill, Inc., 1089 Main Street, Fishkill. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, November 29 at St. Mary, Mother of the Church, 106 Jackson Street, Fishkill. Interment will follow at Fishkill Rural Cemetery. For those who cannot attend, the Funeral Mass can be watched via livestream on the funeral home website.
