John Mccann's Obituary
NEW YORK CITY - John McCann, 40, passed away on October 7, 2023 at home. He was born on January 1, 1983 in Hazelton, PA.
John is survived by his husband, Michael Ramirez; his parents, John and Regina (Holland) McCann, Sr.; his sister, Katherine McCann; his grandmother, Regina Holland; and many other relatives and friends.
John will be remembered as a kind, gentle, and loving soul. He was quite an adventurer who enjoyed challenges and lived his life to the fullest. He did more in his short 40 years than many have done including traveling to all 7 continents with a highlight being having hiked the Inka Trail to Machu Picchu in Peru.
A funeral service will be held on Friday October 20, 2023 at 12:00 pm at the McHoul Funeral Home, Inc., 895 Route 82, Hopewell Junction, NY. Interment will follow at Fishkill Rural Cemetery, 801 Route 9, Fishkill, NY.
