Joseph Dante Camo of Poughquag, formerly of LaGrange.Oceanside, L.I., and Rockaway Beach, died peacefully on July 1, 2021, surrounded by his loving family.

Joe is survived by his devoted wife Maureen and his much-loved children Colleen and Gene Tannenbaum of Poughquag, Sean and Amy Camo of Cornwall, Tara and Danny Hart of Red Hook, Erin and Jason Carman of Poughquag, Kristen and Bill Jones of Stamford, CT, and Lauren and Josh Cohen of Poughquag. He was the proud grandfather of Michael, Robert, Brian, Maddy, Sammy, Mary, Julia, Ruby, Stella, Violet, Billy, Avery, Ben and Luke whom he loved with all his heart.

Special thanks to all of Joe's amazing caregivers from Healthquest Homecare and Hudson Valley Hospice and his home healthcare aids.

Calling hours will be held on Tuesday from 4-8pm at the McHoul Funeral Home, Inc., 895 Route 82, Hopewell Junction. The Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Wednesday at 11am at St. Denis Church, 602 Beekman Road, Hopewell Junction followed by interment in St. Denis Cemetery.
