WAPPINGERS FALLS - Joseph A. Kreslein, 44, passed away at home on October 28, 2023. An area resident for the last 3 years, he previously lived in Westchester County.

Joe was born on July 17, 1979 in North Tarrytown. Joe had a passion for cars, especially old Ford Mustangs, and spent his career as a mechanic. He was employed by Avac Auto Repair in Yorktown Heights for many years, and most recently worked at Volvo in Wappingers Falls.

He is survived by his life partner, Jessica Sofia; his son, Dimitrius Glendenning; his daughter, Amaya Kreslein; his parents, Robert and Patricia Michaud; his siblings, Debbie McNally, Donna Hanley, Robbie Hanley, Joseph Hanley, Patricia Hanley, Jeannine Secor, and J. John Michaud; and many nieces and nephews.
