Joseph T. Osekoski, 79, passed away peacefully on February 24, 2022 at Hope Hospice of Cape Coral, FL. Born in Yonkers, NY, Joseph was the son of the late Joseph A. Osekoski and Margaret Osekoski. He served in the US Air Force from 1961 to 1965. In February 1966, he married Kathleen A. Muchler in Manhattan, NY. Kathleen predeceased Joseph on December 18, 2008.

Joseph was a 1967 graduate of the New York State Police Academy. He served as NY State Trooper for a couple years. He retired from both IBM and Peckham Industries (Putnam Materials) in NY. He relocated to Cape Coral, FL in 2009.

Joseph is survived by his daughter Dana Hauff and her husband John C. Hauff, and Joseph's grandchildren Emily and John T. Hauff of Cape Coral, FL. He is also survived by his brother James and sisters Mary and Monica along with several other loving family members.

FL visitation will be held on Tuesday March 1, 2022 from 1-4pm at Gendron Funeral Home 2325 East Mall Drive, Fort Myers, FL.

NY visitation and prayer will be held on Saturday March 5, 2022 from 10am-12pm at McHoul Funeral Home Inc. 895 Route 82 Hopewell Junction, NY followed by a graveside prayer service with military honors at St. Denis church cemetery in Hopewell Junction. Memorial donations can be made to Hope Hospice of Cape Coral, FL.
