Joseph F. Yedinak, Sr., 80, of Fishkill, New York, died peacefully at home on May 4th, 2023 surrounded by his loving family.

Joe was born in Swoyersville, Pennsylvania on March 24, 1943 to parents Andrew and Margaret (Remetz) Yedinak. Growing up, Joe was involved in the Boy Scouts; making it to the rank of Life Scout. He was active in sports, playing football and running track in high school. He graduated from Central Catholic High School in Kingston, Pa. and was a 1966 graduate of Kings College in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania with a degree in business administration.

Joe is survived by his high school sweetheart Marlene (Batory). They were married for 57 years. Joe is survived by his three children: Joseph Yedinak, Jr. of Fishkill, NY, daughter Linda Davis (Kent), of Norwell, MA, and James Yedinak (Marguarite) of Ridgewood, NJ. He also leaves behind 6 cherished grandchildren.

Joe was a man of dedication to his family, work, and faith. He spent his career working in retail and enjoyed it very much before retiring in 2010.
