Joseph H. Zangerle, 44, of Fishkill passed away unexpectedly on January 4th, 2023 surrounded by his loving family. He was born on September 6, 1978 in Yonkers, NY to parents Jacques and Valerie (Bayer) Zangerle.

Joseph achieved his Doctorate in Chemistry. He was a naturopath, who firmly believed in healing the body with herbs and natural remedies. He liked to keep things simple. In his spare time, he loved to go fishing and antiquing.

Joseph is survived by his beloved parents Jacques and Valerie Zangerle; his siblings: Jacques T. Zangerle and his wife Jessica, James W. Zangerle and his wife Melissa, and Theresa A. McArtin and her husband Brian; his nieces and nephews: Joshua Zangerle, Alexandra Zangerle, Taylor Mcleod, Erin Zangerle, Caleb Zangerle, Charles McArtin, Peter McArtin and Emily McArtin, as well as his beloved cat Blue.

Memorial calling hours will take place Wednesday January 11th, 2023 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm at the McHoul Funeral Home of Fishkill, Inc. A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday January 12th, 2023 at 10 am at St. Mary, Mother of the Church 106 Jackson St. Fishkill, NY, followed by burial at Fishkill Rural Cemetery.
