Judith A. Cathcart, 76, of Putnam Valley and formerly of Bronxville, died on February 15, 2017.

Born in Mount Vernon on October 2, 1940, she was the daughter of Michael and Lillian (McGinness) Conners. Judy had worked as a cake decorator at Costco in Yonkers.

Judy is survived by her children and their spouses, James and Ellen Cathcart of Wauseon, OH, Debra Cathcart of Putnam Valley, Kristy Ciavardini of Poughkeepsie, and Ralph and Janet Cathcart of Putnam Valley; her grandchildren, Kimberly and Rob VanPelt, Kevin and Craig Cathcart, Shaun and Jessica Cobb, Jack and Amanda Ciavardini, Nicholas and Christian Cathcart; her great-grandchildren, Alex, Alyssa and Kayla; her sisters, Patricia Baker and Lillian Mitrano; and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. She was predeceased by her brother, Michael Conners.

Calling hours will be held on Sunday from 1-4pm at the McHoul Funeral Home, Inc., 895 Route 82, Hopewell Junction followed by a funeral service at 4pm.
