FISHKILL – Julia T. Rossi, a resident of Fishkill and former longtime Peekskill resident, passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, October 16, 2021. She was 102 years old.

Daughter of the late Filomeno and Carmela (Santoro) Mabli, she was born in the Bronx on March 13, 1919.

She was predeceased by her devoted husband Charles B. Rossi in 1982.

She is survived by her loving children, Anthony Charles Rossi of Peekskill and Judith Ann Rossi of Fishkill; her daughter-in-law, Mary Donohue; her cherished grandchildren, Charles "Chuck" Rossi (Silvia) of Corona del Mar, Newport Beach, CA and Marybeth Citera (Carlo) of Poughkeepsie; as well as three great-grandchildren, Sara Tytlar, Rebeca Tytlar, and Aaron Rossi; and many other loving relatives & friends.

In addition to her husband and parents, Julia was also predeceased by her brothers, Victor, Sam, Joseph, and Jerry Mabli; and her sister, Ann Romano.

A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, October 23 at St. Martin de Porres Church, 118 Cedar Valley Road, Poughkeepsie. Interment will follow at Assumption Cemetery, 1055 Oregon Road, Cortlandt Manor.
