Kelly Ann Chang was born on April 6, 1987 and died unexpectedly at the age of 28 in Chesapeake, Virginia on September 6, 2015. Kelly will be truly missed by her family, her friends, co-workers, member of her book club, her Professors at the University of Virginia School of Law, her Professors in the Economics and History Departments at the University of Florida and all who came in contact with her. She was admired by everyone. Kelly was an exceptionally bright and talented young lawyer who worked for the Virginia Supreme Court and Circuit Court Judges.

Kelly was the second child born to Judith and John Chang in South Florida. She leaves behind her parents, her beloved brother Justin, many aunts, uncles and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in Kelly's memory to either the Fishkill United Methodist Church, 38 Broad Street, Fishkill, NY 12524 or a Non-Profit Donor Advised Fund being set up, to perpetually fund student scholarships in memory of Kelly to students from her high school, college and law school, and/or other non-profit causes dear to Kelly, as so recommended by Johon, Judith or Justin Chang.
