WAPPINGERS FALLS – Kenneth William Dubetsky, 49, died on October 8, 2021.

Born in Poughkeepsie on March 22, 1972, he was the son of the late William and Joan (Emig) Dubetsky. Ken graduated from John Jay High School in 1991. He was a Master Electrician and was the owner and operator of KWD Electrical.

Ken was a doting dad who put his children above all else. Both children inherited his love of skiing and love of Colorado. Ken was an avid outdoorsman . He enjoyed going to the beach, camping, hiking, kayaking, and fishing with his family; biking and four wheeling with his friends.

Ken is survived by his wife, Heather (Kovacs) Dubetsky and their children, Ashley and Ian; his sister, Niki Tracy, her husband Shane and their children, Aaron and Deanna; his uncle and aunt, Bob and Marie Emig; and his cousins, Mark and Robert Emig.

Calling hours will be held on Saturday from 2-6pm at the McHoul Funeral Home, Inc., 895 Route 82, Hopewell Junction. There will be a funeral service at 6pm.
