EAST FISHKILL – Kenneth B. Elmes, 24, a lifelong resident of Hopewell Junction, died unexpectedly on Friday, September 16, 2011.
Born on June 5, 1987, he was the son of Kenneth, Sr. and Frances Manzella Elmes.
Kenneth was a Sheet Metal Apprentice for ABM HVAC in Hawthorne and a member of Local 38. He was a member of St. Columba Church in Hopewell Junction, and enjoyed motorcycles, car clubs, and fishing.
In addition to his parents, Kenneth is survived by his siblings, Kyle, Ashley, and Alexandra Elmes and his grandparents, Jeanette and Stuart Zuckerman of Yonkers, John and Sandy Manzella of Yorktown Heights, and Mary Elmes of Yonkers.
Calling hours will be held on Monday from 2-4 pm and 7-9pm at the McHoul Funeral Home, Inc., 895 Route 82, Hopewell Junction. The memorial service will be held at 8pm on Monday at the funeral home.
