Laura Ann Olivet, 69, an area resident since 1972 and formerly of Westchester County, died on January 17, 2026 at her home following a courageous battle with Parkinsons Disease.

Born in the Bronx on March 4, 1956, she was the daughter of the late Francis and Marie (Cordovano) Olivet. She had been employed as an administrative assistant for IBM in Armonk and for Kenny's Carpet in Carmel. Laura had served as the secretary for the Deer Crossing HOA.

Laura is survived by daughters, Alexandra DiNucci and Kristen Rolla and her husband Nick; her grandchildren, Jaiden Johnson and Arabella DiNucci; her brothers and their wives, Vincent and Linda Olivet, Matthew and Deborah Olivet, John and Debra Olivet; her nephew, Salvatore Olivet and his wife Madison; her niece, Andrea Olivet Phillips and her husband Jason; and her great-nieces, Ella Rose and Ava Seraphina.

Calling hours will be held on Wednesday from 4-7pm at the McHoul Funeral Home, Inc., 895 Route 82, Hopewell Junction. The funeral service will be held on Thursday at 11am at the funeral home followed by interment in St. Denis Cemetery.
