Obituary

FISHKILL – Lawrence "Larry" Fitzpatrick, 69, beloved husband, father, brother, grandfather, and neighbor died peacefully on June 28, 2021 at his home.

Born in Bayonne, NJ on August 7, 1951, he was the son of Victor and Helen (Niederriter) Fitzpatrick. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 45 years Maria (Bole), his daughters, Linda Cavanaugh (Michael), and Michelle Fitzpatrick; his granddaughters, Emma and Brynn Cavanaugh; his siblings, Ed (Pat Miller), Kathy (Ray Rominick), Warren (Maria), Tom (Laurie) and Neal (India) Fitzpatrick; and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

Larry had been employed as a Systems Engineer for Eastman Kodak until his retirement in 2009. An avid photographer, gardener, hiker and enjoyed traveling with his wife. He was also a volunteer at the Howland Cultural Center, he was a key member of the Bridge Club, a Gallery Committee member and an accomplished photographer who displayed his works at many of the exhibitions.

Calling hours will be held on Saturday, July 17, 2021 from 2pm to 4pm at the McHoul Funeral Home of Fishkill, Inc., 1089 Main Street, Fishkill.
