Linda Lee Caporuscio, 74, an area resident for almost 50 years, passed away on January 4th, 2022.

Born in Ossining on October 23, 1947, Linda was the daughter of the late Anthony and Theresa (Longhi) Venuto. She worked as a legal secretary at PepsiCo in Harrison for many years and then for Seven Oaks Realty in Hopewell Junction.

On August 15, 1971 in Pleasantville, Linda married Gary S. Caporuscio who survives at home after 50 years of marriage. She is also survived by her loving son, Christian Caporuscio and his wife Dina Verissimo and their son, Tyler Caporuscio (Age 8) of Middlesex Borough, NJ; her loving son, Gary Caporuscio and his daughter, Brianna Caporuscio (Age 10) of Beacon; and her brother, Anthony Venuto and his wife Andrea. Linda leaves behind her beloved dogs, Baily (West Highland Terrier) and Bella (Bichon Frise).

Linda was a proud mother of her scientist son, Christian and her police officer son, Gary. She enjoyed spending many cherished moments with her grandchildren, Tyler and Brianna. She loved dogs and spending time accompanying her husband at the casinos. She was an avid fan of Tom Brady and followed his football career.

Calling hours will be held on Monday from 5-8 pm at the McHoul Funeral Home, Inc., 895 Route 82, Hopewell Junction. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Tuesday at 10 am at St. Columba Church followed by burial at St. Denis Cemetery. The Mass of Christian Burial will be livestreamed on the funeral home website.
