Louise C. Lewis, 68, a resident of Hopewell Junction since 2005 and formerly of Mahopac and Yonkers, died on March 16, 2016 at Westchester Medical Center.

Born in the Bronx on October 10, 1947, she was the daughter of Rocco and Clara Borelli Moscarello.

On May 24, 1975 in Yonkers, Louise married Clarence Lewis who survives at home. She is also survived by her children and their spouses, Jennifer L. and Glenn Newsam of Hopewell Junction, and Kathlene K. and Brian Mullaney of Mamaroneck; her stepchildren and their spouses, Edward F. and Elizabeth Lewis of Stormville, James S. and Susanne Lewis of Hopewell Junction, Robert S. and Sandy Lewis of LaGrange; grandchildren, Ashley, Jake, and Declan; step-grandchildren, Brittany, Kimberly, Lauren, Krista, Colleen, Alexei, Shelly, and Kelly all of whom she adored and her brother, Angelo Moscarello of Wappingers Falls. She was predeceased by her beloved daughter, Alicia L. Lewis on December 17, 2007.

Private services will be held for the family with interment in St. Denis Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of the McHoul Funeral Home, Inc.
