Margaret P. Weiler, 84, a resident of Wappingers Falls since 1973 and formerly of the Bronx, died on Saturday, October 24, 2015 at Vassar Brothers Medical Center.

Born in the Bronx on September 16, 1931, she was the daughter of James and Honora Moran O'Brien. Margaret was employed as a medical secretary for 20 years. She was an avid reader and enjoyed playing Scrabble. Margaret loved summer vacations every year in Falmouth, Cape Cod with her family and her grandchildren were her world.

Margaret is survived by her children, Marianne Nolan and her husband Patrick of Philadelphia, PA, and Jennifer Weiler of Wappingers Falls; her grandchildren, Connor Donohue, Lily, Kiley, Joey and Derek Nolan; her sister, Eileen O'Brien of Mamaroneck; and several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her brothers, James and John O'Brien.

The Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Saturday, November 7 at 10am at St. Columba Church, 835 Route 82, Hopewell Junction. Arrangements are under the direction of the McHoul Funeral Home, Inc.
