On February 13th, 2026, Margret (Maggie) Rose Crane (Goskowski), 56, of Hopewell Junction, NY (formerly of Endicott, NY), passed away suddenly due to a heart issue and is now at peace in heaven. She was a devoted and loving mother to her sons, James (JAC) and Samuel.

Born in Binghamton, NY, Margret worked hard to support and raise her boys with love. She expressed this through her cooking-something she was known and cherished for-and she was the absolute best. She enjoyed her final 17 years with her loving partner, Scott Engleman.

Besides her passion and talent for cooking, she loved the outdoors, gardening, hiking, music, hosting friends at home, and caring for her beloved dog, Belle, and cat, Butter. She also enjoyed travelling (Hawaii, Grand Canyon, Punta Cana, and Sint Maarten). She will be remembered for her loving heart, strength, and wonderful sense of humor.

In addition to Scott, JAC, and Sam, Margret is survived by her mother, Martha Goskowski; sisters, Beverly Goskowski and Brenda Dailey (Jim); brother, Raymond Goskowski; stepdaughters, Sara Emm (Jesse), Ashley Greenman (Andrew), and Kate Derzanovich (Steve); godfather, Ron Joseph (Betty); and Scott's children, Michelle, Derek, and Katelyn Engleman. She was predeceased by her father, Raymond Goskowski and JAC & Sam's father, James Crane.
