Fishkill - Marilyn Gertrude Foley, 77, an area resident for nine years and formerly of Somers, died on July 1, 2024 at her home.

Born in the Bronx on February 3, 1947, she was the daughter of William and Gertrude (Breen) Foley. Marilyn was employed as a Project Manager with IBM in both Armonk and Somers. She had attended St. Mary, Mother of the Church in Fishkill.

Marilyn is survived by her daughter, Christine Catapano and her husband Ed; her grandchildren, Logan, Morgan and Jackson; her sister, Elizabeth Garvey; her nieces, Tracy Foley, Kimberly Magura, Jennifer Goddard, and Kerry Ray; and her nephew, Michael Garvey. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her daughter, Katherine Semptimphelter; and her brother, William Foley.

Calling hours will be held on Thursday, July 11, from 3-6pm at the McHoul Funeral Home, Inc., 895 Route 82, Hopewell Junction. There will be a Funeral Service at 5:30pm.
