Marion P. Holz, 81, a resident of Hopewell Junction since 1979 and formerly of the Bronx, died on Thursday, July 4, 2013 at the Pines of Poughkeepsie.

Born in the Bronx on April 17, 1932, she was the daughter of John and Beatrice Donnelly Flynn. Pat was married to Robert J. Holz who predeceased her on February 15, 1994.

Pat is survived by her children, Patricia Sandhop of Wallkill, Barbara Rendino and her husband Bill of the Bronx, Thomas Holz and his wife Arlene of Floral Park, Michael Holz of Hopewell Junction and William Holz of the Bronx; her brother, Edmond Flynn of Islip; 8 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her grandson, Jesse Holz.

Calling hours will be held on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9pm at the McHoul Funeral Home, Inc., 895 Route 82, Hopewell Junction. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday at 10am at St. Denis Church, 602 Route 82, Hopewell Junction followed by interment in St. Denis Cemetery.
