FISHKILL – Marion W. Richardson, a resident of Fishkill for nearly 20 years and formerly of Spring Valley, Yonkers, and Queens, passed away at home on Wednesday, December 16, 2020. She was 73.

Daughter of the late Raymond C. Dezendorf, Sr. and Marion (Heid) Dezendorf, she was born in Queens on October 7, 1947.

Marion worked for U.S. Life Title Insurance Company in New City, where she retired as Vice President. She was a member of the New York Builders Association and enjoyed camping.

On April 6, 1980, she married Frank K. Richardson, Jr. in Yonkers. Frank predeceased her on February 8, 2002.

Marion is survived by her son, Eric Wachter & his wife Cathy of Watsontown, PA; her grandson, Christian Wachter; her granddaughter, Megan Larose & her husband Matthew; her great-granddaughter, Myla Larose; her sister, Patricia Martin; her brother, Raymond Dezendorf & his wife Elizabeth; her brother, Gregg Dezendorf & his wife Christine; as well as many other loving relatives & friends.

Calling hours will be held Saturday, January 2, 2021 from 2pm – 4pm at the McHoul Funeral Home of Fishkill, Inc., 1089 Main Street Fishkill, NY 12524. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Marion’s name may be made to the American Cancer Society (https://donate3.cancer.org).
