Mark
Biskup
January 25, 1974 – March 24, 2025
Mark Edward Biskup, 51, of Poughquag, NY, beloved son and guardian angel of Bonnie and Louis Biskup, died very suddenly at their home on March 24, 2025 of sudden cardiac death. Despite tremendous efforts to save him, he is now in God's presence.
According to his nephew Jagger: "Mark was always one of those people you, even as a kid, wanted to hang out around. He was funny and entertaining. He created magic in our lives. He put other people first - his parents, his niece and nephews, living three hours away, and his friends he jogged with. He loved jogging and weightlifting at the gym. Mark took on responsibility for our happiness and safety. He loved sharing "Family Guy" tips with me." He will be dearly missed."
Mark is survived by his parents, Louis and Bonnie; his brother Michael and his wife Courtney; his nephews and niece, Hogan, Jagger and Baker; his aunt and uncle, Barbara and John Voigt; and his cousins, Scott and Stephen Voigt.
Calling hours will be held on Tuesday from 4-7pm and Wednesday from 11am-12pm at the McHoul Funeral Home, Inc., 895 Route 82, Hopewell Junction. There will be a Funeral Service on Wednesday at 12pm at the funeral home followed by burial in Freedom Plains Cemetery.
A grateful thank you to the Beekman Fire Department and Rescue Squad and their EMTs who valiantly tried so hard to save him. Memorial donations may be made to the Beekman Fire Department and Rescue Squad.
