Mary Ellen Iarocci, 64, passed away January 19, 2025 in Raleigh, NC.

Born on August 24, 1960, in New Rochelle to the late Ernest and Frances (Heidig) Geronimo, she leaves behind three daughters, Crystal (Stephen) Green of Rolesville, NC, Natalie (Matthew) Russak of Wappingers Falls, NY, and Julie Iarocci of Yonkers, NY; four grandchildren, Finnegan, Ryleigh, Hudson and Madigan; four siblings, Bob (Lynne) Geronimo of Danbury, CT, Diane (Frank) Calvin of Levittown, NY, Paul Geronimo of Orlando, FL, and Cathy (Paul) McLaughlin of Hopkinton, MA; as well as many nieces and a nephew.

Mary Ellen spent most of her life in New Rochelle. Her warmth, friendliness, and laughter were her signature qualities. She had an uncanny ability to make friends wherever she went, leaving a lasting impression on everyone she met. Her kindness and unwavering dedication to helping others exemplified her belief that family always came first.

Mary Ellen was a bright light in the lives of all who knew her, and her legacy of love and kindness will live on through her family and the countless people whose lives she touched.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, February 28, 2025, from 4-8 p.m. at the McHoul Funeral Home of Fishkill Inc., 1089 Main Street, Fishkill, NY 12524.
