Mary Agnes Leczinski, 91, a resident of Fishkill since 1983 and formerly of Yonkers, died on Thursday, June 9, 2011 at the Wingate at Dutchess.

Born in Czechoslovakia on November 8, 1919, she was one of five children of George and Angela Soltis Seman. Mary was a parishioner of St. Mary, Mother of the Church and enjoyed gardening and knitting.

On August 31, 1940 in Yonkers, Mary married Walter J. Leczinski who died on January 3, 1994. She is survived by her sons, Dennis W. Leczinski and his wife Ellen of Denver, CO and Walter J. "Butch" Leczinski, Jr. and his wife Susan of Wappingers Falls; her grandchildren, Chad and Maggie Leczinski, Kristy and Mark Theisinger; and her great-grandchildren, Julian Reyes and Grant Harrison Theisinger.

Calling hours will be held on Sunday from 2 to 5 pm at the McHoul Funeral Home, Inc., 895 Route 82, Hopewell Junction. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday at 11:15 am at St. Mary, Mother of the Church, 106 Jackson Street, Fishkill followed by interment in St. Denis Cemetery.
